Dispatch Team

H&M Bay’s experienced and dedicated dispatch team works with carriers to maximize all aspects of a shipment from the time an order is received until final delivery of the product. The dispatch agents are responsible for taking the order, scheduling the shipments, and advising carriers of the delivery schedule.

Our dispatchers make delivery appointments and keep customers informed about the status of the shipment through proactive communication and daily contact with the carrier.
